Most items are made to order, meaning they don't exist before you order them. They're made just for you, in the size and color that you've selected.
Because items are made to order, we can't offer any exchanges for sizes, as we don't keep inventory to exchange. So please refer to size charts or send us any questions you may have before you buy.
Misprints / wrong color / wrong item / Damaged items
Things unfortunately go wrong despite our best efforts. Packages get lost or stolen, items get damaged or broken during transport, or there is a mix up and you get the wrong item.
Should this happen, here's what happens:
You alert me, the seller and provide photos of the damages, and I will request a reprint / remake of your item to be sent out. Without photos, I can't do this. The production partner is going to require proof of damage, or the mistake on size, item, etc.
If you order something and you utterly hate it, I am happy to take returns on items, other than clothing, however shipping is at the buyers expense. I will process the refund once I receive the item. You MUST return the item and YOU cover the shipping back to me before I will issue a refund.
As a small business I have to protect myself against people who would try to scam me for both the items and the money. I hope you understand. Purchasing means you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
